Exchange / Return

You can return the product or cancel your order by contacting the Company or by e-mail or by telephone exclusively within 15 working days after receipt of the product: the signature placed on the day of delivery in front of the courier will be valid.
In order for the Company to accept the returned product, you must follow the following procedures:

Contact AZ Commerciale by email or by phone, to have a return document delivered to you.
Return the complete and undamaged product to its original packaging.
Put the original packaging in another packaging.
Contact the carrier AZ Commerciale to ask for the collection of the goods.
Return the packaging to the courier on one side and the transport voucher on the other.
Only after receipt of the return will you be refunded according to your initial payment method.

Important :
For your return to be accepted, it is imperative:

That the spare part is in perfect condition; (not used, free from assembly traces)
That the spare arrives in its original packaging, without affixing labels or stickers
That the whole is placed in a shipping carton, pay attention to heavy or fragile spare parts, so that the whole is well immobilized
